1. What is the status of my order?
To see the status of your order. You will receive an email confimation to the email address provided, upon placing your order successfully.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. and you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided.
2. Where is my order?
We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, we can confirm all orders have left our building and proof of postage can be supplied.
Please visit our shipping policy page for estimated delivery times, these times are indicative and subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and processing. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you haven’t received your order, you should:
Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel.
Contact the carrier if there’s still no sign of the parcel.
3. How long does delivery take?

You will receive a notification as soon as the goods are on their way. Delivery and shipping cost are free. As soon as the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email . From this point on you can track your shipment with the tracking number.
Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and ready for shipment within two business days of being placed.
Shipping Time:
Expect your items to arrive within 4-8 working days after dispatch. If your product doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at hi@hydipearl.com.
4. How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please notify Hydi Pearl by email at hi@hydipearl.com within 48 hours of making your order.
Please include the following details:
Your Name
Your Order Number
Reason for cancellation
Payment Method
The refund will be applied directly to your debit/credit card or PayPal account.
5. How do I return my order?
Our policy allows for free returns within 90 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges if more than 90 days have elapsed since your purchase.
For a return to be eligible, kindly email us at hi@hydipearl.com to obtain a return address and a return label. Do not return your item to the original delivery address, as it won't be equipped to handle returns. Based on your location, we'll provide you with the closest return address. Ensure you return all received products, including bonus items, for eligibility.
